Lodge Building Update

On December 14, 2021 we received our “Temporary Certificate of Occupancy” from the City of Seattle. Although the building is not quite completed this certificate will allow us to begin the moving and set-up process for regular business to begin in mid- to late January, 2022.

Items remaining to be completed are as follows:

  • Install security railings on the patios

  • Parking lot striping

  • Landscaping

  • Patio gas heater and awning installation or retrofitting

  • Interior punch-list review and approval

  • Exterior punch-list review and approval

  • Full bar and kitchen set up and stocking

  • Staff training on all mechanical, electrical and security systems

We are excited to enter the final phase of this long journey, and look forward to reopening the Lodge for full membership enjoyment in the very near future!
