Lodge Building Update

Current project status as of 4/29/2021: Winter has led to Spring, and with the changing season, the Lodge renovation project is closing in on a major milestone: following inspections, work will begin on the interior and exterior finishes! Our General Contractor team at Mallet Inc. has been doing a great job rebuilding our lodge, and adhering to the original schedule. The project plan to complete construction work in early-mid October is on track! Notable items are as follows: 1. Roofing and wall waterproofing membrane has been installed. 2. HVAC equipment and ductwork has been installed, as well as sprinkler and plumbing piping, and electrical panels. 3. Several refinements have been made to the interior finishes, including improved lighting throughout, upgrades to the food and beverage equipment package, bar, and dining area, as well as the addition of more storage options, and a fireplace in the dining room. We're going to have a beautiful lodge space! Over the next several months, the doors, windows, drywall, siding, and elevator will all be installed. The appearance grade finishes, food and beverage equipment, and trim on the MEP systems will be continuously installed as we approach completion in the Fall. The Elks Building Committee has done a great job leading the project in collaboration with the builder, and the results are beginning to show. Please enjoy a few photos of the updated progress, below!

Respectfully Submitted,

Seattle Elks #92 Board of Directors
